For villages and remote islands

Designed with the community it serves

Every village is different. We meet with village leaders and families first, then design collection, power and water around what the community needs.

What changes in the village

Collection close to home

Collection points in the village and regular pickup of plastics and tyres.

Power when it matters

A BESS unit charges everyday devices and becomes emergency power during a cyclone.

Fresh water

Desalinated water from the hub adds a supply when rain tanks run low.

Local jobs

Collection and maintenance roles for people from the village, with training.

Listening comes first

Nothing is designed until the community has had its say. We return regularly to check what is working and what needs to change.

The circular system

The village in the loop

Waste leaves the village with collection, and comes back as power, water and work.

  • Collect from village collection points.
  • Power and water through the hub and village BESS units.
  • Community jobs, charging and emergency backup.

How we work with a village

  1. Community meeting

We meet village leaders and families to hear their needs.

  2. Agree the plan

Collection points, BESS location and jobs agreed together.

  3. Set up

Collection begins and the BESS unit is installed.

  4. Keep checking in

Regular visits to adjust what is not working.

Scale

Small enough for one village, ready to grow

A village or remote island can start with collection, solar and a BESS unit, then add a compact hub. Nothing is wasted as the system grows.

  1. 1

    Village

    A single community

    • Village collection points and scheduled pickup
    • Solar with a BESS unit for charging and emergency backup
    • Waste taken to the nearest PES hub
  2. 2

    Remote island

    Off-grid or a small grid

    • A compact hub that runs on the island itself
    • Solar, storage and desalination sized to the island
    • AI-assisted operation for a small local team
  3. 3

    Town

    A provincial or outer-island centre

    • Full hub: rotary kiln, tyre pyrolysis and gas cleaning
    • Landfill takeover and an electric collection fleet
    • Power to the town grid and fresh water
  4. 4

    City

A capital or main urban centre

    • More processing lines on the same design
    • Fuel-cell tri-generation and grid support
    • City-wide collection and landfill recovery
Start where the need is

Begin with a single village or island and grow from there.

Add modules, not new plants

Capacity grows in steps that match the waste and power the community actually has.

One network

Villages feed island hubs, and island hubs link to town and city systems.

Let’s talk over coffee

Tell us about your village and we will arrange a visit. Tell us about your island, town or village, and we’ll set up a conversation.
